Classic Rock (Phil Collins lives, run for the hills)

I’ve only bought the first 20, the other 8 I’ve listened to on apple music and liked, I may buy them, especially the Moon Safari but in previous years the next year has overtaken my buying and I will probably only go back to those 7/8 streaming. The It bites will be interesting ,I did like the John Mitchell It bites albums.
My ability to listen to more music in 2024 has blossomed.
Got an MP3 player and Bluetooth headphones and a retro CD player. Converting my spare room into a music room.
I am also now semi retired so more time available as well as more options.
Yes I like the JM led It Bites albums too.I do like having a physical copy of an album.
Still not bought Mirror to the Sky !!!

Best thing for me was lockdown and my daughter put me on her family iTunes account, I bought some airpods and started walking. So now I can listen to most new albums free, then decide whether to buy physical, just put in my iTunes library or forget.
Best magazine for me finding new music, Fireworks magazine
quarterly subscription and covers almost all the different genres that I enjoy.

I tend to use “Louder” online for my news but don’t subscribe to the Magazine.
As for buying - Have you ever looked at https://www.caerllysimusic.co.uk/

Interesting. Only a few there that I’ve got.

I couldn’t do a top 30 at the moment as I have some 2023 albums I got for Xmas that have not been played yet and some that need more plays.

The Rolling Stones, Ian Hunter and Extreme are probably my top 3.

Metallica, Tull, Rabin & Alice Cooper would also be high on the list.

Only just listened to the 'new' Heep, after lots of end of year praises, probably one of the best ever new releases by a 50+ year old band
