Can anyone have any advice for cost,places to stay etc for a planned trip next june ?

You're climbing up a posh pen?
Just been to cycle the Alps. Stayed in Morzine which is a fantastic little ski village. Stayed in a really nice chalet called Chalet Eira.
Fly out to Geneva airport (horrible place) pretty cheap from Liverpool/ Manchester. Morzine about 45 mins from Geneva, and an hour from mont blanc.
Can't really comment on the prices because we did ours as part of a package over 10 days. Some great places round there and the scenery is absolutely incredible.
