What a goal by Townsend. Could only applaud it really.
Unlucky today, but palace were good. Defensively we didn't test them. We played the same ball in from the right over and over and over. Easy to deal with.
Forgot what it feels like to lose at home in the leavue, not a great feeling. Still entertaining football non the less.
I try not to dwell on the losses, it's only a game at the end of the day. One that brings despair and joy and all the other motions.
Don't let it ruin your Christmases. Merry Christmas everyone.

This all day long. In a Pep team, this is probably the most important position of all yet we have gone into the season with only one player to do the job. Fernandinho is an immense player but he can’t be expectedly to play 50 or more games. As I said earlier in the thread a back up has to be priority number one.The Jorginho saga really bites on days like today. It’s hard to get your head round the investment that’s gone into the team but we’re left in this situation in such an important position.
Lessons learned for everyone hopefully.

What some have to realise is the issue isn’t with the odd negative opinion because on a day like this we will all have them.
The issue is it’s the same posters and you only ever have to read their shite now and then thank fuck because after a win you don’t ever see them.

He is so one footed, slow, lethargic and weak.
I do not see him adding anything. He received a pass from kdb which if he had a right foot or a willingness to have a go on his right we may have scored.

You obviously see the situation differently to most then. Most of us thought they would drop points against Wolves and they swatted them to one side with ease. We have been poor now since the derby. Injuries are killing us and we can't keep a clean sheet for love nor money. They are getting huge slices of luck in games whereas we aren't.
They deserved to win against Wolves, but the home team missed chances that were there for the taking , and could have put a different complexion on the game.
2nd half wolves were shite .
