A motorist is being hunted by police after a cyclist was knocked off his bike in a hit-and-run.

The cyclist was heading along Great Ancoats Street in Manchester city centre when he was in a collision with a Renault Clio.

He was taken to hospital for treatment, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The motorist drove off after the crash, which happened at about 2.20pm on Thursday.

Police are now trying to trace the car.

Why don't they just download a picture off Google instead of buggering about trying to draw one?
