desert island drinks

I'd agree with a malt whisky, other than it would be a Speyside.
I'd agree with a red wine, other than it would be a Bordeaux.
I'd agree with a beer, other than it would be Bathams Bitter.
With you on the first two. Maybe a nice aged Balvennie would do and a Pauillac for the Bordeaux.
For the third drink, I would go for white wine. V difficult to choose just one type but if I had too maybe a Pouilly Fume. I would miss a beer but miss the others a good bit more.
 
Grand cru Pauillac
Hetton (a beautiful blonde bitter from a tiny brewery in the Yorkshire dales)
Gin, with lots of aromatics.
 
rum - havana club
Gordons gin - with the ample amounts of fruit on the island I could then make several different sloe gins of a sort
titanic plum porter

I dont see the point of taking wine as previously said I can ferment the fruits and make wine
Also carbinating water and fruit to make fizzy drinks would be my pass time until perfected.
That and fixing the boat
