Display for FC Shakhtar - Help request

1894 group are planning to have a mosaic / banner display for the home game Vs FC Shakhtar on Weds 7th November. This will be in the lower south stand blocks.

We need 15 fans to go to the stadium at approx 2pm that afternoon of the 7th to lay out the mosaic cards. It is very difficult with being during the week when we are at work. But if anybody is available to help for 2 hours it would be much appreciated. Many hands make light work !

As it gets closer to the game I will have exact times to meet at the stadium, it will be usual photo ID required to and names will be given to the club a day or two before so to book in at stadium. Usual is meet at main entrance or W door just at the side of main entrance.
