Some managers still look lean and mean. Some look more like kebab shop proprietors. When there is so much emphasis on fitness and diet, can a professional manager have credibility when he's let himself go?

Rafa Benitez is a very good manager , the Rags used to call him the "fat waiter" , ive always rated him and has done a decent job at Newcastle with limited resources and a knobhead owner , perhaps when Barton gets to his mid fifties and his arse is the size of one of PEG's buses he will realise a fat man with ability is better than a skinny f*cker who knows nowt.
