Do we have the right to demand anything?

"Why do you give a shit about the amount of money he's spent? It's not your money and it's not like paying over the top on players is going to affect future spending(like a normal club).


I mean, what right does your club's spending give you, as a fan, to demand that your team improves to the top 4? Chelsea turned themselves into a title winning side quicker than City ever could because they were a better team to start with and they were in a far less competitive league.

Man City are a much better side than they were 2 years ago. They've got some fantastically skillfull players, who play entertaining football. They're in a great position to get European football next season and are well capable of challenging for the FA Cup. Fuck City fans, bunch of miserable gits."

We are nothing more than paying customers in the cold light of day. We have no right or entitlement over anything. All we can o is vote with our feet when we feel aggrieved.

That is the unique nature of the football business - whatever tripe the decide to serve us, more often than not, after complaining and grumbling for a bit on internet forums, we turn all Oliver Twist and ask "please sir, can I have some more?"
