Is that the kid at Sunderland ?
Had a look at Wikipedia and he was rejected by the rags at 12, then joined Altrincham at 16, before joining Sunderland in 2013.
He is 21 now, so don't know how much more he can improve compared to younger players. However, he does seem to be able to make an impact when he plays.

Did really well at Altrincham, which got him the transfer to Sunderland.
I would leave it a few years first to see how he develops.
