Foden , moved into the middle in the 2nd half and caused problems , if it is a choice between Alvarez and Foden in the middle , much as i rate Alvarez its Foden every time.

Ake never gets the headlines but apart from one cross Everton got around him by the corner flag he never put a foot wrong, and his recovery set up deBruyne to create Haaland’s second. Doku also worked hard but couldn’t get through the defence. I am pleased the Viking is back, both goals well taken, but otherwise it was a bit flat until Walker and Kev came on.
