Fan looking for a blue - can you help ?

Im trying to track down this lovely city fan I met and photographed for a university project a few years ago. Im hoping if he's at the game tomorrow I can meet him. I don't think he's from Manchester and I can't for the life of me remember his name hoping someone on here knows him or has a contact for him would be a massive help to something im working on at the moment!
