They were playing a Dutch team on the night before our game iirc

A few of us went in their main boozer, didn't know it was, and they didn't like it and told us to fuck off out, we didn't, was a very funny night, think they were a bit taken aback that these 5/6 English lads ignored their orders

I had a completely differnet experience - they were playing FC Breda and me and 2 Blues went to the game, got there just before half time and they let us in for free. Drank in the ground and chatted lots with St Pauli fans (in short, tell them you hate SV Hamburg and they are your new bessie mates!!)

After the game we went to the main square that was ''locked in'' by the police with City in the square and Hamburg having a go..... I understood it was St Pauli that battled with Hambug outside the square that got rid of them.
