I eat both but I would say that Chicken would edge it.

I tried Swordfish for the first time before Christmas and have to say that it is good.

Used to really like fish, but i've gone off it slightly since i had to spend 3 hours poking around inside some Mackerel guts and head (fresh from the fish shop, whole) looking for worms. Found plenty too. The thought of the smell still makes me boak.
