PwC auditors didn't understand IAS-24 rules regarding related parties and thats a fact - otherwise UEFA would have thrown the book at usI'm lost did we break IAS 24 in our accounts or is this more bullshit?

So in a nut shell UEFA only operated on FFP because the big 6 Barca, Real, Bayern, AC Milan, UTD & Arsenal were all scared of what was about to hit them MAN fucking City
Our guys new we had to be fined in some way due to inflated sponsors etc, but wernt for 1 minute going to take it lying down & rather be pushed around we told them it's 30m over a few years or we spend all our FFP fine on the best Lawyers in the World & sink there misery corrupt ship.
City were then told 20m was sufficient & were told don't do it again (wink wink nudge nudge).
Can't wait for the papers, pundits to start jumping on this.

Who the fuck are Octagon and why do they get to decide what's overvalued or not? How are they deciding it? Twitter followers? Post 2012 we have been a widely watched team in the most watched league in world football. The FFP rules came into effect in the same season we won our first PL title. Today we are probably the most watched team in the PL, our overseas fanbase is growing anyway but in truth it doesn't matter if they are fans or not, as long as they are watching.
