Fulham membership ticket no appearing

Hi,
My son has a ticket for tomorrows game but just downloaded his pass and it is showing Forrest.
Ticket office obvs closed now, has this happened to anyone else… anyone know how to fix it?

Yes we got that, with Fulham on the email. But when I have downloaded it it shows Forrest which he also has a ticket for. Hoping Twitter fires up soon and they can sort it!

Did you get both tickets to download at same time with email just check he has checked the box for today’s ticket

Can season ticket holders no longer buy additional tickets for Prem games. Looks like only available to Cityzens. That’s really poor of the club if correct.
