The clue is in the two titles though GOALS on Sunday and MATCH of the Day. Normally pause Goals on Sunday then fast forward at will
Just the ESPN Goals app nowadays to be honest.
All the goals at my convenience, without any of the punditry drivel in-between.
Just can't be arsed with MOTD, Goals on Sunday etc anymore. Dunno why really, I watch pretty much all PL matches on Sky/ESPN when I can, I've just gone off highlights shows.

Goals on Sunday only shows the goals. Match of the Day only shows the highlights they want to show you. GOS goes on a bit long with a fair bit of waffle. MOTD is full of nothing but waffle.
