Graphic design help!

[not my fault!]

Ok I'm sure one of you beautiful people can help me out? I'm after a sign making to print out on A5 to have at our wedding.
It's a candy sign as shown below In the link

If possible I just need just scroll design & text (without the people's names or pink stripes).
If anyone can knock me something up as quick as possible ill be eternally grateful & buy you a pint at the QPR game.

Nope, he made a post which I approved and then made a duplicate which I disapproved. For some reason this disapproved both.
