No, already been moved for TV and doesn't conflict with the FA Cup.

That'd be difficult with 15 minutes half time break plus added time in both halves.

No reason for it to be moved.

Ourslves and WHU aren't in Europe, the FAC weekends are 9/10Mar, 13/14Apr and 11May and Sky have already dibbed the game.
