If someone came in right now with one of the astronomical offers talked about last year, I wouldn't blame MH for letting him go. If its a case of waiting for the lad to come good on his own, we could be in for quite the wait.....

He has also decided to only work (if you can call it that) for 90 minutes - maybe he's on a work to rule and he's decided he's not getting payed to work during the extra time.
