I know someone who had an ingrown arse hair, the hair grew through the buttock and caused him absolute agony, he had to have surgery to remove and repair the damage.

I know a couple of lads who have had that and it sounds horrendous.
One of them ended up with a deep 50p size hole at the top of his thigh that had to be packed out and took months to heal. Really not good.
The NHS sorted it out though.
