Ipod Classic Help - URGENT

Where are the bleedin' instructions?

I get home and open the box expected a manual. Nope, nothing.

Was told to download itunes, that's already on the computer when you plug in the IPOD which is currently charging.

I have no idea how to move up or down on them either. God why do they have to make it so complicated?
