The video tells us exactly what we knew already, Sunni Muslims in the area are happy with IS, as the organisation eradictes anyone but them, and favours their group above all others. The same scenario as to why the Nazis had the support of the German people, in that they were treated as the master race and everyone else was inferior.
The only way the moderate sunnis will kick against IS is when the constant degredation of the group's military capabilities impacts on this arrangement.
