I read somewhere, maybe on the club website a few years back that they do an IQ test with all their trainees and Barton scored the highest since they started doing them.Edited for accuracy

He is probably ideal for talksport as they rely on people getting irate enough to call in. The old established order and cosy club of ex players plus overrated England players get up his nose so he is going to ruffle a few feathers. I must tune in to see how he gets on.
