Juventus chief hits out at City 'financial doping' but admires Man Utd success in football​

JUVENTUS president Andrea Agnelli believes there are only four real superpowers in world football - and that Manchester City aren't one of them.​

And Agnelli believes Juve would have a greater footing in world football were it not for bankrolled sides.
“At this moment there are four clubs who are beyond compare in terms of revenue: Real Madrid, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Barcelona," he said.
But bribery of officials on an industrial scale is perfectly OK to this bastion of morality and fairplay

I get the problem with falsifying amounts in the accounts, but clubs paying more than fair value? Not sure how that can give rise to a criminal case, unless there was compensation "off the books" for the excess that was paid. Not sure sporting fairness is a matter for the Turin prosecutor to investigate?

That article leaves out that they are also investigating collusion between Juve and Serie A to allow for the transfers in the first place, along with separate deals and shell companies.

Luckily Juventus (And Serie A) have no previous history of corruption, so these investigations will likely amount to nothing.
