That article leaves out that they are also investigating collusion between Juve and Serie A to allow for the transfers in the first place, along with separate deals and shell companies.:)
I get the problem with falsifying amounts in the accounts, but clubs paying more than fair value? Not sure how that can give rise to a criminal case, unless there was compensation "off the books" for the excess that was paid. Not sure sporting fairness is a matter for the Turin prosecutor to investigate?
