Karndean LVT flooring

First heard of Karndean via the missus, when one it was being laid in a pub refurbishment. Guys couldn't speak highly enough of it.

We had it laid in the kitchen and hallway, and ten years on, it still looked like new, without a single scratch or mark. And we had three Springers charging around on it daily.

Having it again here in our new home next month. Company we are using is local to here (Poulton le Fylde) though. We are having hall, downstairs loo and large kitchen/diner done. Couldn't tell you in sqm, but it's £3,700, fitted, including plywood boarding.

If you talk to people who fit it, there are lots of other companies now providing a similar quality product to Karndean but at a lower price. We had it fitted in the bathrooms and going with another brand saved us about 25%.

Just refurbing the kitchen and were having it in there as well. Honestly is brilliant stuff, its warm underfoot, ultra hard wearing, doesnt require refinishing like wood floors and looks just as good. Its not cheap by any means but definitely worth the money.

Project is one of them. Made in the same original Karndean plant. A bigger range of styles too.

Yeah Polyflor as well, who are best know for industrial flooring and the stuff they use in hospitals, so have just a bit of experience in making robust high quality products.
