I've bumped this as a word of caution
3 yrs ago i was at the laser eye clinic going to have my long sight put right,i got into the surgery chair and i had a gut feeling i shouldn't do it so i didn't,fast foward to today and i have just been for an eye test and my long sightedness has cured itself and long vision in both eyes is now perfect,i need stronger readers thats all.my optician says it was just as well i backed out because my eyes would be in a right state now they have adjusted themselves.If you are thinking of having it done and you are going into your 50's then wait a while and see if age alters your sight naturally
