Yes history of abusing our players on the 13th April 2014 after the Man City fans had been impeccable during the pre-match Hillsborough commemorations.

With a passion, I fucking hate Liverpool. It's a stinking, rotten ces pit of a football club, and city.

And when it doesn't happen for them they turn into outright bullies and full on violence.

I can understand the booing, though it’s nowhere near that intense/constant in most games. The hysteria level at Anfield was off the scale during that time.

It really doesn’t matter who brought up the subject of history.
You decided to run with the notion that certain unwelcome parts of your club’s history could be written off as just ‘the past being the past’ which could just be put behind you whilst cherry-picking the successful parts to use as a cheap jibe at other fans.
If you want to shout about your glorious trophy-strewn past then you have to accept the facts about every other aspect of your history or you just end up looking like a revisionist and a hypocrite.
