down here I think you will find the n word or calling someone a black man is not a derogatory term, its neutral

Yeah agree with you that its quite clear whats happened here, even without actually having Firmino on camera mouthing the N word.

You can see that Holgate doesn't react to what's being said to him initially as its in Portuguese. But then something is said that has caused Holgate to react - if you look carefully at this exact moment the ref has turned away from Firmino to look at Llana so hasn't seen it and it he won't necessarily have heard it either given the noise levels from the crowd and other players around him.

Holgate immediately turns to the ref and tells him he's been called the N word. I doubt very much that anyone would think to make this up on the spot and for one, Holgate wouldn't make it up when he would expect a camera to pick it up, no way does he know that his team mate hasn't blocked the only camera angle that would prove his accusation to be true.

All the evidence points to him using that word - absolutely disgusting.

What evidence? There is nothing definite about what was or wasn't said off camera. The referee took no action apart from reporting to the 4th official an allegation that Holgate said that something was said. If the ref had heard anything racist (and he was closer to Firmino than Holgate) he would have probably sent Firmino off but he clearly decided to take no action as he wanted this to be clarified by an inquiry and dishing out cards would have muddied the water. Before you go acting as judge, jury and executioner let's see what an inquiry shows. This is a serious matter as there are either racist comments being made or there are not and if there are not then Holgate's actions and motives should be investigated. Lets wait and see, enough said.

Looking at the vid again he calls him a puta but then kenny obscures what he says last which holgate goes nuts at, Madleys report needs to make sure that if he has been ra ist he gets done for it.

No firmino, no courtinho and hopefully no salah for our game.
