Listened to Nihal Arthanayake on 5Live in the car this afternoon - as a tongue in cheek thing he was asking for people to phone in and name the most deluded fans. One cue 3 dipper fans one after another - it was like bingo - "Oil Money" - "club with no history" - then " City win coz they have all the money and buy the best players". Nihal responded with "hang on Nunez cost you 100m euro"

My fiest experience with audible tumble weed followed.

Even one of his fellow dippers still on the line pipes up "he's got you there mate"
 
It took huge slices of luck, not putting away numerous chances, horrible officiating, our players being walking zombies, and massive amounts of time wasting and shitehousing by a team supposedly filled with “world class” players for us to go out by the slimmest of margins.

It took being abject shite over two legs for Liverpool to go out with a whimper.
