I think that's exactly what he meant - he's telling the guy he's doing a rubbish job, something he has form for.

Can you imagine if an interviewer said to him, "your tactics were shit, so you're not worth my time today."

Just got in and seen this interview. I understand klippity getting upset at the question because he couldn't answer, the asthma inhalers only last for 90 minutes so extra time is not something where we can exploit medical advances against a team that has such experts as Dave Brailsford on their payroll. The world if cycling miss that man so much;-)
