Absolutely. With his track record it's only a matter of time before another indecent. Next one would almost certainly be a lifetime ban or close to it. So teams are not going to risk 70m on a player that's 1 strike away from never playing again. Can't see his value being anything higher than 35m now.
 
That RafaelFernandez on twitter clearly thinks he's Barca bound, as he's defending him with all the bias and nonsense that he normally reserves for his beloved Barca players. He's incredibly bias, talks about agendas and conspiracies more than David Icke, but he does seem to have some inside knowledge of what goes on at Barca, or at least has some sources
