Good Afternoon!

How many of you take lunches to work? If so .... who makes it for you? Do you do it yourself or does your good lady/man make it for you?

I make mine ( if I have anything at all) but I always make my wifes for her, well except for the odd occasion in 13 years.

Cheese on toast for me.

1kg grated cheese from tesco £2.18

1 wholemeal loaf 55p

Put 4 pieces of loaf in toaster, brown.

Sprinkle cheese generously over toast.

Microwave til cheese melts, mmm.

Sprinkle on mixed herbs and black pepper.


Lasts all week, for less than £3.00 = winner.

I ride 18 miles a day on my bike to and from work, so I peddle off all that cheese.

Usually don't stop for work. Just have another coffee and plough on. The sooner I can get my work done, the sooner I leave the office.

sometimes take sandwiches and cakes or fruit but always end up eating it all then going to the chippy at dinnertime so i don't bother anymore,i've got no will power
