i use milk but ffs tea bag out it stops it curdling and sugar must go in the cup at the start to dissolve properly.

Just put the sugar in at the same time as the tea bag, and then you've got it!!

Sorry but No. The sugar goes in before the hot water and I can't stand people who add milk before taking the tea bag out - gross!!!

Nope... if you took your teabag out first you would be able to judge how much milk is required.
