Obviously played a big part in the response to the terror attack. A symbol of togetherness and solidarity.

Is the symbol, and by association, the attack itself, now being exploited for financial gain?

Did my usual walk through the markets in Manchester and it seems almost every non food stall holder is selling stuff with this theme.

Maybe those selling are making a donation to the fund?

Distasteful or just the way of the world?

Bee symbol has been part of Manchester since The Industrial Revolution but has been more prominent since the attack. Have no issues with the markets using them. I think it shows a symbol of solidarity between Manchester and the market sellers whichever country they come from

it probably is being used to make more money. but tbh i like that its being recognized more and used more. its become the main symbol of manchester, which even though important i dont think it was before.
