Exactly. Say were winning 1-0 v everton and thyve wasted 22 mins. They will get the benefit At the end of the game. It encourages teams to times waste more

My thought too.
It’s to help the underdog find an equaliser against the better teams…but you can bet on balance, when those teams are against city it will be misapplied/disproportionat.
 
look at arteta celebrating like that. his emotional response to every decision is one of the reasons why arsenal will never be composed enough to win a title
 
Blues don’t need to worry.

An undercooked Man City is still far above Arsenal. They should be worried and not City.
