Vester, I don't think we're as far apart on this matter as you may believe. I've never said we need to agree with EVERYTHING the club says or does. I myself don't. That, however, is not my point. One can slag any opposing player they choose to, but here's where we differ. IF City become actually in serious pursuit of a player (not random media links) it takes a bit of balls to come on here and call said player shite and a guaranteed flop in waiting. Even if you've thought all along that to be the case it would make more sense to go back and take a closer look at the player and why it is he's wanted at City as opposed to coming on here and insisting that he's shite to everyone. If he's not for you, state your opinion, preferably with some solid points, and move on. Because whether you agree or not calling out any of our GENUINE targets as shite is the same as saying Pep and the club don't know what they're doing, simple as...You dont need to tell me what the club has achieved recent years, I've enjoyed it and am grateful for it :)
My post JewelZee responded to said nothing about that I think its OK to call the club shite for going for player X, I dont think it is. I have also wrote several times before on this forum that we should judge our transfer business when its done, not before it is.
My post said that I have no issue with posters saying that they think a player playing for another team is shite and that they dont think we should sign him, if that's their opinion, something that JewelZee apparently disagreed with. That doesn't mean I think people should call the club, Txiki, Omar or Pep shite, on the contrary I think they deserve respect since they have proven to be the best in the business. I just think that doesn't necessarily mean we have to agree with EVERYTHING they say or do and change our opinion about a player just because we get linked to said player.
We are fans with different opinions, not cult members.

He can cover for Kova, Rodri and anyone in the 8 position. He can drive the ball and his take on stats are top level. Pep's said he loved him back in 2021. BringMaybe I’m in the minority, but I think he is a fantastic player and would flourish under Pep.

I do remember he was a dynamic midfielder in Germany, all 6ft 4 and a half of him.Yeh me bad it was Hamburg and different reports on the actual amount some say undisclosed fee.Other reports say 6mil 7.5 mill and 10.5 mill either way bargain of the century.
