"3B Adrian Beltre went on the disabled list Thursday with bleeding in his right testicle, the result of having been hit there by a hard ground ball while not wearing a protective cup. It will be determined by Friday whether or not he needs surgery. If he does, he's out for a month or more. If not, he could be back about the time his 15 days on the DL is up."
