Mikel Arteta

Get Richards at the wheel, With Ireland, SWP and Johnson as his backroom staff.

Proven to work, just look at Ole's record....

I think he’ll be offered the job when Pep goes. He comes across as an intelligent man and the thinking is it will be a seamless transition from one to the other. The only issue for me is how he reacts if things don’t go well, but that’ll be part of his learning curve. For me, he’s the man for the job
It will only be seamless if Arteta keeps the rest of the current playing backroom staff.

If Pep takes everyone to Girona/wherever then Arteta is screwed.

The Amazon doc showed how Pep and his team work extremely well.

Arteta + them , should do well if they get on well.
Arteta - them , bit of a nightmare as an entire new ‘team’ has to be bought in and put together, as Arteta has no team of his own.

I'd be surprised of arteta was here at the start of next season.

We know he wanted the Arsenal job after Wenger, and Emery is a million miles away from doing a good job, with his contract ending in July (theres an optional extra year).

He'll probably be the next Everton manager if we win at the weekend.

The owner is an Arsenal nut and loves Arteta.

Xavi on his way to the Etihad ;)
