Back in September, I bought 3 tickets for this game but had to cancel 1 of them.

Handily, City have only sent me a download link for that cancelled ticket, and nothing for the other 2 that are still active. Obviously, I get an error message when I try to install that cancelled ticket.

Then when I go into my ticket account, I can tick the boxes next to the 2 active tickets but the 'Add to mobile wallet' tab is shaded and can't be clicked.

Anyone else experienced this and know how I can get the 'Add to mobile wallet' option to work? Or have I just got to spend an hour waiting in a queue on the phone tomorrow?

Thanks

Mate didnt get a download link for a ticket i transferred but to my surprise the phone line were actually quick and helpful

Sorry i cant offer any tech support but give the phone line a go and hopefully you are as jammy as my mate getting straight in front of the queue

Cheers. I think I've cracked it. Still can't click 'Add to mobile wallet' under the Tickets tab, but it works on the Memberships tab. So I've added my Cityzens card to Google Pay and the Leicester ticket appears within that.

No idea why I didn't get any download links via email but looks like I'm sorted. Thanks
