Who decides what is good or bad.

It's like ballet and opera. No one really likes it but think they must go to look cultured.

It's utter rubbish. In my opinion. This, to me, is art. Or this. Others will disagree. Fair enough. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as they say.

I agree mate, not all modern art is pap but surely this art is just contrived rubbish.
