Hard to pick one. KDB is miles better, Otamendi is a different player, Sterling
is much improved. I’d plump for Delph purely for how well he’s done playing out of position and having had a foot out of the door in the summer.

Sterling is in with a shout, but I’d have to go for KDB.
Already a top talent, but he has moved up to being in the conversation for being the best player in the world at the moment. Certainly the best midfielder.
He’s doing it consistently now as well, and under pressure in the big games against top teams. Huge improvement from an already high level.
This is the counter-argument to the “could Pep do a Job with West Brom?”. He probably couldn’t, but then Alladyce or Pulis couldn’t take DeBruyne from a very good player, to an absolutely outstanding one.
