What about one for Pellegrini:

Change "San Pellegrino" to "San Pellegrini"
Change the Oranges to his face
Change the red star to one of our nautical stars, or our badge or something or other
Change "Aranciatta Rossa" to "El Ingeniero"("The Engineer")
