Roberto Di Matteo

Win at all costs, what does it mean? Win at all costs, forget loyalty.

The man is a genius.

He has engineered his propulsion from day one. Andre Villas Boas was just a casualty of the masterplan to stardom.

Very well done Roberto, you know what it takes.

We should beware!

Re: Niccolo Machiavell

He does look like an evil genius

It was still a gamble though. It could of ended like the Terry O'Connor situation.

All this at the expense of a 6th place finish, maybe next year they'll have to win it again to stay in the CL.

They played some pretty shite football in every game since the quarter finals, Barcelona they got dominated and somehow won and now Bayern they just defend right down to penalties and bet the house that a German misses a penalty.

Lucky but it has paid off i guess. Very risky as a manager though, they won't last long next year playing like they have done recently could finish worst.

Congratulations to Chelsea because they have actually stumbled across a top class manager by chance, but i am in no doubt that when the opporunity was presented, he knew what was required.

Andre was the unwitting casualty because he did not see it coming.

Can see Villas Boas doing well elsewhere with people he can trust.

Abramovich will be lapping it up!
