Don't know if you've noticed this or not, but Leicester haven't been banned from Europe for 2 years over lying about King Power sponsorships.

The Etihad sponsorship is tainted. It is a massive red flag to remind every uneducated fan or bitter journalist of this whole episode and the FFP breach in 2014. If the club gets through this without a ban, they should move on (as they were rumoured to) for PR reasons.

Idiot fans and bitter journalists will hold the same prejudices regardless. Who gives a fuck what they think anyway. If we can negotiate a better deal with Etihad than with anyone else stick with them.

There were rumours last year but very unlikely to happen. Etihad’s recovery plan is starting to show fruition

then wonder what current sponsors think. They invested in a top CL club at the time. Getting a 2 year ban from CAS too could make them rethink. Could also scare away potential sponsors too. There is so much at stake here. not evne mentioning the risks for playing squad and then we have the Premier League punishments as well is CAs wont help us.

If CAS ends up clearing us we still have been hit hard imo financially and also in reputation. how do we charge them for that?
I wish we would start to attack on court all the journos who are spouting shit and calling us cheaters but I guess we are too nice to do that.

We want to be nice for the press and yet 99% we get from press is pure evil. The good things are hardly mentioned, while any bad press are pushed trough on main pages for Pool/United supporters to lap it up.

And they say we a PR machine for UAE. I dont think they had such negative press before Citys involvment in all this lol.

Basically we have been labelled cheats , and any potential new sponsors would be having second thoughts about attaching their business to our brand , our current deals will also no doubt have penalties for the lack of Champs league football , UEFA have really stuck their neck out with this decision because if we do win our case at CAS or further down the line , the damages our club would claim would be beyond belief , you would be looking at a minimum of a billion and counting . Dont think we will be having any future issues with FFP :)
