See nothing wrong at all. The fan was dishing it out and got some back.

I don't think Liverpool fans or the club have ever apologised for Heysel, instead it was blamed on the police, crumbling stadium and stewards. Not the thousands of prats that wanted a fight.

A lot of clubs suffered as a result of this too, teams couldn't participate in Europe and star players went abroad, yet somehow the Liverpool fans felt victimized by it all when they were the cause.

As much as Barclay shouldn't have risen to it, I pretty much agree with you.

I don't know what that Liverpool fan was implying but I'm guessing it's something to do with The Sun and that infamous article on Hillsborough. What the hell any of that has to do with Patrick Barclay who writes for a totally different newspaper is beyond me. The only link is that he works for a newspaper that is one of numerous organisations owned by the same bloke that owns The Sun. I wonder if the plank that tweeted him subscribes to Sky or has ever watched a Liverpool match on Sky? My guess is that he has and as such his hypocrisy is astonishing.

I could be wrong of course and it might be that the LFC fan was just highlighting that Murdoch is a **** in general. But there are plenty of decent people in the world that have worked for people that are cunts so his point is still utterly ridiculous.

I get annoyed when I always see 39 italians.. it was 32 Italians, four Belgians, two French and a man from Northern Ireland.

In their minds they will have done, remember to be from Liverpool (or support Liverpool) you have to buy into the victim myth, only bad things have been done to us never have we done bad things to anyone, all we did was turn up and sing two verses of "Ferry Cross the Mersey!
