Tried printing yesterday but no attachment so rang supporters services to see firstly what's happening and secondly would I be able to get a copy today (Saturday). 20 minutes to get through and apparently a high profile game so they have suspended PAH due to people getting unauthorised copies and we have to queue on the Sunday. The main problem for me is the lack of communication. If I knew this was going to happen I would have taken steps earlier this week. Let's hope it's not too busy today then.
