Not really tried any before, but had a few recently and really enjoyed them.

Can anyone recommend any that you can get in Asda or Tesco etc?

try Asda India Pale Ale

or Tesco's finest Pale Ale...

Pale's are huge here in Texas. I love them, but are extremely hoppy. 1, or maybe 2 is all I can have though before I move on to something lighter. Lots of flavor, but can blast your palate for the rest of the night if not careful.

I've missed loads off, I could be here all night

Wainwrights is a good pint, also fullers and Adnams. Also Bombardier burnt gold is nice.

If you like bitters, black sheep, doombar etc are all pretty good stuff.

FYI - You may find in the beer section a beer called Blue Moon, it will tempt you but don't, just don't!

+1 for Wainwright, Thwaites' original is good too.

Badger do a few good ones.

Steer clear of Marston's IPA, tastes and looks like piss.
