PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

And not just on matters of law. Some pretty stupid mistakes on background too.

I don't know what it is with Sheffield University. They seem to spend a lot of time looking at Manchester these days. Trying to develop a reputation by pandering to the masses maybe? The doctoral equivalent of click-baiting. If they are, they shouldn't be making so many bloody mistakes.
It's Sheffield Hallam University, not Sheffield University. So the ex-Poly, and it shows.

if you go to the City shirts everywhere thread, it tells you exactly the opposite.

Don't misunderstand me, reputational damage is mostly for domestic consumption, it plays well with die-hard rags and dippers and that's good for clicks. But down south they don't seem to care that much, they certainly don't at Chelsea.

But for young nippers, wherever in the world they may be, they don't know about, care or understand FFP, but they do know about Haaland and Grealish and goals and winning and trophies.

And no one much cares about FFP in Japan or Korea either, or anywhere really much beyond our shores.

These 115 charges are the last hurrah of the old order, the owners who would've given us the Super League, a slice of red meat for the haters, gesture politics to the government to show them the Premier League can self regulate.
