PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

What do you all say when rival fans say " yeah but what about the time barred stuff"
Whip out my cock and do a windmill!!!!
That is normally enough of an answer -:)

If that’s not your thing then:

Ask them what they think of CAS finding no evidence of wrongdoing 11 times?

Just because its time barred it doesnt mean we are guilty. Its wasnt investigated.

Or if they are:

A red : what about your chairman selling rancid meat unfit for human consumption and should have been animal feed to schools. You fucking red bastard.

A red dipper: what about your owners funding there team through the pools and along with your racist neighbours blocking a football league pools thats would benefit all and not just them two. You fuckin weirdo cultist bin dipper.

A blue dipper : as above but finishing with you fuckin whinging racist bin dipper

An arsenal fan: what about your owners poaching the manager of then champions huddersfield town and taking half there team to achieve success. And in later years being at the forefront of stopping the opposition taking a share of gate receipts and starting the decline of the haves/have nots. You fuckin over emotional tarquin twat

A spurs fan : hahahahahahahhaha what the fucks it gotta do with you? Spurs? Hahahhahahaa

Tell them to stop listening to the prick jordan, and that CAS reported the time-barred elements to be so insignificant that they had no influence on the case anyway!
And what do they think any of the charges actually are?, never mind alleged time-barred stuff from the dark-ages!

The time-barred stuff involved one year of the Etihad sponsorship and the original Etisalat one. So two years of the Etihad one under examination was OK'd by CAS. It's not at all likely that we thought in 2013, "UEFA will come after us in 2019 so we'd better stick all the dodgy stuff in the first year as it'll be time-barred when they do".

But even though it was completely time-barred, CAS did look at the Etisalat sponsorship and declared it right and proper. The time-barring played no part whatsoever in us being cleared by CAS. None.

Or if they insist that the time bar bollocks is relevant. Just ask any rag what did they think of Brian Robson acting as the rags ambassador in the far east. Aiding in the Selling English clubs, promising them players from the rags academy. Telling punters it's a lot cheaper to buy a team not already in the Premier League. Then when the team purchased gets promoted to the Prem, the new owner asset strips the club and leaves that club broke. Even purple nose was involved but only telephone conversations were heard. One of these punters was seen having a meal with him though.
How this hasn't been brought up before is astonishing.
This can all be seen on a Chanel 4 documentary program called "Dispatches" from 2011. Also article in the Telegraph by Luke Edwards 17th JULY 2011 at 11-00pm title " Brian Robson caught up in foreign ownership scandal"
I am hoping one of the brainy gang on here would know how to pursue this matter and get it out there.

As a rule I don’t mind Everton or their fans. But this is fucking desperate. Lol!

Former Everton chief Keith Wyness has suggested Everton could now sue Man City for Premier League points in a “ridiculous” new twist.
