Given 8 Did his job as usual very good save first half
Richards 6 Lost his man a couple of times and not good enough going forward
Dunne 6 Usual game good last minute interception ok in the air doesn't and two very poor long range pass attempts
Toure 7.5 Read the game well calm on the ball
Bridge 8 Best game today getting better each game
SWP 8 Good first half was closed down more in second worked hard to support Richards
Ireland 7 By his standards he wasn't involved enough
Barry 9 MoM always in the right place good use of ball winning tackles
Tevez 7.5 Terrfic ok rate good positional play and assist for goal just wide with attempt as well
Adebayor 8.5 Great goal could easily had hat-trick good work rate as well as skill
Robinho 7 Two weak shots in good positions and then an outrageous attempt from touchline forced a good save

Bellamy Should have gone alone instead of the pass

Must be me but i thought Richards was shit in the second half - he was the weak link and Wolves marauded down their left, Richards was usually in no mans land and looked lost after 60 mins.

Ireland6 and robinho6. Both not great

Ireland though is being played in a different role to last season. Not sure it suits him, IMO he's much better when he's allowed to bomb forward. But hey we won the game but thats no thanks to the countless chances missed by our strikers in a game we should have won by two or three. All in all the result is everything, another three points on the board and we move onto the next game.

Given - 8 - 1 great save, not too busy
Richards - 7 - solid enough, a few good runs, getting back to his old self
Dunne - 6 - centre of defence was worryingly unable to cope with long, straight balls, so they get 6's
Toure - 6
Bridge - 9 - one of the best games i've seen from him
Ireland - 7 - neat as usual, not too involved though
Barry - 8 - calm on the ball, some great long passes and broke up the play
SWP - 8 - some great runs, always threatening, end product a bit erratic but probably our main creative spark today
Robinho - 6 - flashes of skill, a bit on the periphery, couple of wasted chances
Tevez - 6 - run around alot, nice pass for the goal, dissapeared in the second half before being subbed, understandable with a lack of fitness
Adebayor - 8 - nice goal, good all round play, loving having him in the team

Bellamy - 4 - never easy coming on into a fast paced game so don't blame him too much but he wasnt good
De Jong - didn't notice him.

Richards - 7, started well but tired again.
Toure - 8, good game.
Dunne - 6, some important defending, poor distribution though.
Bridge - 9, best player, one of few with a bit of fight in the second half.
SWP - 6, good first half, very poor second half.
Ireland - 5, poor game from him today, clearly knackered after Barca, allowed the odd off day though.
Barry - 9, best player with Bridge, so composed and another battler.
Robinho - 5, nearly scored a great goal but apart from that poor again.
Tevez - 7, brilliant workrate, tired second half though.
Adebayor - 8, brilliant first half, quiet second half, great goal.

Bellamy - 5, was surprisingly poor.
de Jong - 6, reminded me a bit of Gelson at first, just chasing players round like a headless chicken, but was ok after that.
